Nobody buying the job is going to crawl under the house and count the piers. So we photograph what we found down there and what we did about it, and you get to look at both.

How do I get an estimate?
Call (214) 715-1840 or send the contact form. We come out, take elevation readings, look underneath if the house has a crawl space, and give you a straight answer. The visit costs nothing.
What areas do you serve?
Dallas and the surrounding metroplex, including Irving, Carrollton, Richardson, Farmers Branch and Garland. If you are further out, call and ask.
How do I know whether my foundation actually needs work?
Doors that catch, cracks running at an angle above doorframes and windows, gaps opening where the ceiling meets the wall, and floors that slope are the usual signs. Any one of them on its own may be nothing, which is why the inspection is free.
Why does this keep happening to houses around here?
North Texas clay swells when it takes on water and shrinks when it dries. Your foundation rides on top of that, and after enough wet winters and dry summers the movement stops being even across the house.
Do you work on both slab and pier and beam homes?
Both. Older Dallas homes are usually pier and beam with a crawl space, and anything built after roughly 1960 is generally slab on grade. The diagnosis is similar, the repair is different.
How soon can you come out?
