How much does foundation repair cost?
It comes down to how many piers your house needs and how hard they are to reach. A few piers under one corner is a very different job from a full perimeter. We give you the count and the price after we take readings, and the estimate is free either way.
How long does the work take?
Most residential jobs are done inside a few days. Access is usually what decides it: a clear side yard moves fast, a narrow gap between houses with a fence to work around takes longer.
Do I need to be home while you work?
For the estimate it helps, because you can point at the cracks that worry you and we can walk you through what we are seeing. For the work itself most of it happens outside, and you do not need to be there.
Will my yard be destroyed?
Digging is part of it, so the ground gets opened up where the piers go. Putting it back and cleaning up is part of the job, not an extra.
What if the cracks come back?
Ask us about this directly on the estimate. We would rather tell you the warranty terms in person than print a number here, and some customers have had us work on seven houses.
