Cortez Foundation Repair is locally owned and operated out of Dallas, working across the metroplex on the two kinds of foundation this area builds: slab on grade in the newer neighborhoods, and pier and beam under everything older.
Homeowners get told they need less than they feared. Investors come back for the second, and the seventh, house. Both come from the same thing: the number you get quoted is the number the house actually needs.
The work itself is unglamorous and mostly happens where you will never see it, in a trench along your brick line or in the crawl space under your bedroom floor. That is exactly why we photograph it and hand you the pictures.
