Most people call us because something appeared: a crack over a door, a gap at the ceiling joint, a floor that suddenly feels off. What they want first is to know whether it matters.
We come out and take readings, look at the outside of the house and underneath it where we can, and tell you what we are seeing. Sometimes the answer is that the house has moved and needs work. Sometimes the answer is that there is some variation and it is not worth doing anything about yet.

We come out and measure
Elevation readings, a walk around the outside, and the crawl space if the house has one. The visit is free.
You get a straight answer
What is moving, whether it needs work yet, and what it costs if it does. Sometimes the answer is that it can wait.
We do the work and close it up

Is the inspection really free?
Yes. We quote from what we find, and if you do not need work we will say so.
I am buying a house and the option period ends soon. How fast can you come?
Tell us the deadline when you call. We come out on short notice, including on a Sunday, because option periods do not wait.
Do you provide a report I can give my agent or the seller?
We give you the scope and the pricing in writing. If you need something in a particular format for a transaction, ask when you book and we will tell you what we can do.
Are you a structural engineer?
No. We are a foundation repair contractor. If a lender, an insurer, or the other side of a sale needs a stamped engineer report, that is a separate professional and we will tell you when you need one.
Will you tell me I need work when I do not?
Plenty of people are told they need less than they expected. The elevation readings decide.
